All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Lillièal Candles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.
